Auritas deploys veteran project/program managers to oversee and control all aspects of the project in order to create a unique product or service which brings about beneficial change or added value to the client. The project manager initiates and maintains productive mutual interaction between the various parties in order to assure success. The project manager carefully defines activities that use resources (budget, people, materials, energy, space, provisions, communication, etc.) to meet the pre-defined objectives.

Auritas can provide project services to the client onsite, offsite, nearshore or offshore, and is offered on a time and material (T&M) or fixed price (FP) basis. On a fixed price basis, Auritas assumes full management responsibility for delivering the project requirements. Auritas leverages its offshore support for the project and program management efforts.
