The Challenge
PCCI was in the midst of a broader digital transformation, aiming to transition to cloud-based solutions that could seamlessly integrate with its enterprise platforms. However, as part of this journey, the organization faced significant challenges managing employee-related content generated through SAP SuccessFactors performance processes. The existing setup made it difficult to efficiently process and organize large volumes of employee documents, creating operational bottlenecks across HR functions.
There was no real-time access to employee files for key stakeholders such as HR, Legal, managers, or employees themselves, limiting visibility and slowing decision-making. Additionally, the lack of centralized reporting made it difficult to identify missing or incomplete employee documentation, increasing administrative burden and risk. Managing digital personnel files across multiple onboarding platforms further complicated the process, resulting in fragmented systems and inconsistent user experiences across regions and applications.
These challenges also introduced compliance and retention risks, as document storage was not standardized or guided by clear governance policies. Without a unified approach to managing employee content, PCCI faced increased exposure to regulatory issues and inefficiencies that hindered the overall success of its digital transformation efforts.

As part of the implementation, Auritas leveraged its Content Accelerator to automate the migration of documents from external storage systems into the OpenText xECM cloud.
