Output Documents storage into Content Server
The output determination components offer output functions in SAP. It is used for controlling the output document exchange with internal and external partners. Output types are used to represent various forms of output documents in SAP such as Order Confirmations, Invoices, Purchase Orders, etc.
Auritas has built the configurations and custom programs through which all output documents are stored within the desired Content Server. These documents can be accessed through their respective SAP transactions. With optimized configuration & development, customers can store all output documents into the Content Server while issuing the output for a specific business transaction. These documents can be retrieved from the content server and are available on the GOS menu of the individual transactions for users to view, print & download.
