JOB OVERVIEW
Auritas Human Resources Manager will plan, coordinate, direct, and support the administrative functions of the company US and International operations. Will oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization’s management and its employees. Will enforce company policies and will support and drive Auritas culture and Core Values.
RESPONSABILITIES & DUTIES
- Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, development, etc.
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date.
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Maintain HR systems and processes such as ADP Workforce Now and other HR Platforms
- Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Provide support to Sr. Global Director of HR.
- Reports to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
- Conducts Onboarding and Offboarding of employees.
- Assist with Special Employee events and awards ceremonies.
- Research most competitive information in the market during open enrollment and work with Sr. Global Director of HR for rollout and administrative process
- Assist with Performance Review Management and administrative process.
- Assist with recruiting candidates as needed.
- Audit HR files for compliance
- Assist with Payroll as needed.
- Assist with employee HR queries as directed by Sr. Global Director of HR
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Sr. Global Director of HR

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive
- People oriented, excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION/LICENSES
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required.
- 5+ years of progressively human resource management experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in medical benefits management and administration.
- 5+ years of strong knowledge in compensation, salary analysis and payroll.
- 5+ years of progressive recruitment and selection.
- Preferred knowledge with ADP Workforce Now
- Extensive knowledge is laws and policies development and administration.
- Strong experience in employee engagement and service culture.
