Job Summary: Sr. Client Partner
We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Business Partner (BP) and Profit Center master data domains. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of implementing and governing SAP MDG solutions and ensuring seamless data integration across S/4HANA and external systems.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP MDG implementations for Business Partner (BP) and Profit Center (minimum of 3 full-cycle implementations).
- Provide strong functional expertise in MDG data models, governance processes, and domain-specific configurations for BP and Profit Center.
- Configure and maintain BP CVI (Customer-Vendor Integration) to ensure smooth alignment with S/4HANA business processes.
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot SOA web services for integration between MDG and non-SAP systems.
- Manage and monitor data synchronization between S/4HANA and MDG systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy of master data in both directions.
- Utilize and support Consolidation/Mass Processing and Data Quality Management (DQM) frameworks for master data maintenance, validation, and governance.
- Execute and oversee data load and migration activities using standard MDG tools and utilities for BP and Profit Center data.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure end-to-end master data quality, compliance, and process integrity.
- Provide expert-level understanding of Customer and Vendor master data processes within the S/4HANA environment.
- Drive best practices for data governance, model maintenance, and ongoing process optimization in MDG.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP MDG, specializing in Business Partner and Profit Center data domains.
- At least 3 full-cycle MDG implementations for BP and Profit Center.
- Strong hands-on experience in BP CVI configuration and related S/4HANA integration.
- Proficient in data synchronization between S/4HANA and MDG systems (both inbound and outbound).
- Solid experience with SOA web services integration and troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of Consolidation/Mass Processing and DQM frameworks.
- Proficient in data load, replication, and migration tools within MDG.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
